Effective date: September 25, 2026
Welcome to House of Chaos.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, digital properties, content, features, and services operated by House of Chaos and the companies, businesses, divisions, and brands that we own, control, or operate, including, where applicable, Chaos Consulting, Chaos Technologies, Chaos Media, Chaos Productions, and other businesses or brands that may become part of the House of Chaos ecosystem in the future.
Throughout these Terms, we refer to these collectively as “House of Chaos,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By accessing or using a House of Chaos website or digital property, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our websites or digital properties.

Certain House of Chaos products, platforms, services, programs, subscriptions, events, or other offerings may be subject to additional or separate terms.
Professional services provided by House of Chaos or one of its affiliated companies may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, engagement letter, master services agreement, subscription agreement, license agreement, or other contract.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement governing a specific service, product, or engagement, the separate agreement will control with respect to that service, product, or engagement.

Material changes to the arbitration provisions in Section 18 will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.

Unless we have separately agreed in writing to confidentiality, submitting information through a general website form, email address, social media account, or unsolicited communication does not create a confidential, fiduciary, advisory, attorney-client, consultant-client, or other special relationship.
You should not send confidential, proprietary, privileged, or commercially sensitive information through general website forms unless we have asked you to do so or an appropriate agreement is already in place.
Feedback and suggestions concerning our websites, products, services, or businesses may be used by House of Chaos without restriction or compensation, provided that we will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. No Client or Professional Relationship Created by Website Use
Accessing our website, downloading materials, subscribing to communications, submitting an inquiry, or communicating with House of Chaos does not by itself create a client, consulting, advisory, agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or other professional relationship.
A professional relationship exists only when House of Chaos or the applicable affiliated company expressly agrees to such a relationship, typically through a written agreement.
11. Communications
If you provide us with contact information, we may communicate with you regarding your inquiry, our services, our businesses, or other matters consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Marketing communications may come from House of Chaos or from companies and brands within the House of Chaos ecosystem.

HOUSE OF CHAOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

We do not warrant that information obtained through our websites will meet your requirements or produce any particular business, financial, reputational, political, commercial, or other outcome.

15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOUSE OF CHAOS AND ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR WEBSITES OR CONTENT.

Different liability provisions may apply to paid products or professional services under separate agreements.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Chaos and its affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of our websites
- Your material violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of another person's rights
- Content or materials you submit in violation of these Terms
This section does not require indemnification for conduct caused solely by House of Chaos where such indemnification would be prohibited by law.
17. Privacy
Your use of our websites is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how House of Chaos collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information across its companies and brands.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Questions regarding privacy may be sent to:
contact@houseofchaos.productions
18. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE A DISPUTE HEARD IN COURT AND YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
18.1 Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating arbitration or other formal legal proceedings, you and House of Chaos agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
A party seeking to raise a dispute must provide written notice describing:
- The party's name and contact information
- The nature and factual basis of the dispute
- The specific relief requested
- Any information reasonably necessary to understand and evaluate the dispute
Notices to House of Chaos should be sent to:
House of Chaos
3723 Greenville Ave, #13360
Dallas, TX 75206
contact@houseofchaos.productions
The parties will have 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute before either party initiates arbitration, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Any applicable statute of limitations will be tolled during this 30-day informal resolution period to the extent permitted by law.
18.2 Agreement to Arbitrate
Except for disputes expressly excluded below, you and House of Chaos agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:
- These Terms
- The Privacy Policy
- Your access to or use of a House of Chaos website or digital property
- Content, communications, or services provided through our websites
- The relationship between you and House of Chaos arising from such use
- The interpretation, application, or alleged breach of these Terms
will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
This arbitration agreement applies to claims involving House of Chaos as well as its current and former affiliates, subsidiaries, brands, officers, directors, employees, owners, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns, to the extent such claims arise from or relate to your use of the websites or these Terms.
18.3 Federal Arbitration Act
The parties agree that this arbitration provision involves interstate commerce and that the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this Section 18.
Except with respect to the arbitration procedure governed by the FAA and the applicable arbitration rules, the substantive law governing disputes will be determined in accordance with Section 19 below.
18.4 Arbitration Administrator and Rules
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
Unless a different set of AAA rules is required based on the nature of the dispute:
- Commercial disputes will be administered under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures.
- If a dispute qualifies as a consumer dispute under AAA's applicable rules, it will be administered under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures.
The applicable AAA rules are incorporated into this Section by reference.
The arbitration will be heard by a single neutral arbitrator.
For non-consumer disputes, unless the parties agree otherwise, the arbitration will take place in Dallas County, Texas, or remotely by videoconference where the arbitrator determines that remote proceedings are appropriate.
For qualifying consumer disputes, hearing location, filing fees, administrative costs, arbitrator compensation, and other procedural matters will be governed by applicable law and the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
If AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer a dispute, the parties will attempt in good faith to select another nationally recognized arbitration provider. If they cannot agree, a court of competent jurisdiction may appoint an arbitration provider or arbitrator as permitted by the FAA.
18.5 Authority of the Arbitrator
The arbitrator may award any individualized remedy or relief that would otherwise be available in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
The arbitrator will issue a written decision sufficient to explain the essential findings and conclusions on which the award is based.
Judgment on an arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
18.6 Arbitration Fees
Arbitration fees and costs will be allocated in accordance with the applicable AAA rules and applicable law.
Where consumer arbitration rules or applicable law require House of Chaos to pay particular arbitration costs or fees, House of Chaos will do so.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to require an individual consumer to pay arbitration fees that applicable law or applicable arbitration rules require the business to pay.
18.7 Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the agreement to arbitrate above, either party may:
-
Bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court, provided the claim remains in that court and proceeds only on an individual basis; or
-
Seek temporary, preliminary, or other emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights, confidential information, data security, computer systems, or to prevent imminent and irreparable harm pending resolution of the underlying dispute through arbitration.
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from reporting conduct to or cooperating with a federal, state, or local governmental or regulatory agency.
If applicable law prohibits the arbitration or waiver of a particular claim or form of relief, that claim or request for relief will be handled as required by applicable law without invalidating the remainder of this Section to the fullest extent permitted.
18.8 Waiver of Jury Trial
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND HOUSE OF CHAOS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR DISPUTES COVERED BY THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.
Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, and judicial review of an arbitration award is generally more limited than review of a court judgment.
18.9 Class Action and Representative Action Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND HOUSE OF CHAOS AGREE THAT CLAIMS COVERED BY THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Unless House of Chaos and all affected parties agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person or entity and may not preside over any class, collective, consolidated, coordinated, or representative proceeding.
If a final judicial determination finds that applicable law prevents enforcement of this waiver with respect to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request for relief will be severed and may proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction to the extent required by law, while any remaining arbitrable claims will remain subject to arbitration.
18.10 Right to Opt Out of Arbitration
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by providing House of Chaos with written notice within 30 days after the date you first become subject to these Terms.
Your opt-out notice must include:
- Your full name
- Your mailing address
- Your email address
- A clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration provision in the House of Chaos Terms of Service
The notice must be sent by email to:
contact@houseofchaos.productions
with the subject line:
Arbitration Opt-Out
or mailed to:
House of Chaos
Attn: Arbitration Opt-Out
3723 Greenville Ave, #13360
Dallas, TX 75206
An opt-out applies only to the individual or entity submitting the notice and does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Exercising your right to opt out of arbitration will not affect your ability to use our generally available websites or services.
18.11 Changes to This Arbitration Provision
If House of Chaos makes a material change to this Section 18 after you have become subject to these Terms, the revised arbitration provision will not apply to a dispute for which either party provided written notice before the effective date of the change, unless the parties agree otherwise.
18.12 Survival
This Section 18 survives termination of these Terms and your relationship with House of Chaos.
19. Governing Law and Venue
Except as otherwise provided by Section 18, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
For any dispute or claim that is not subject to arbitration, the parties agree that any legal action will be brought in the applicable state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and each party consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Section 18.9 contains additional severability provisions specifically applicable to the Class Action and Representative Action Waiver.
21. Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular website feature, constitute the agreement between you and House of Chaos regarding your general use of our websites.
Separate written agreements governing professional services, technology products, subscriptions, licenses, or other commercial relationships remain separate and control where applicable.
